I have a Century Club GG1 that does not respond to commands from two different TMCC systems.   I tried resetting the engine, entering the code.   Nothing works.   When I try to renumber the engine the lights continuously blink.    Is there a bad board?    Please, whenever help is appreciated.

Vinny,

Are they blinking or flickering?  A flickering (random) headlight indicates a poor TMCC signal.  As suggested check the antenna wire inside that connects to the pantograph.  Alternatively you could also have a Command Base transmitter or ground problem, or bad connection from the base to the outside rail.

Blinking lights (syncopated flashing sending a coded response) is a feature on some newer locomotives, but probably not this one, based on its age.
