Lionel F3 lighting - green directional lights not coming on

I have a set of powered A and dummy A units that were a custom run from @MrMuffin'sTrains. I run them as MU as TR27. All the lights work except for the green marker direction lights, the number boards, the inside cab lights, the mars lights, ALL. I am using the Legacy remote but I can't seem to find where to turn those on / off. I should be clear they light in red when the unit is going in reverse, so I know they are not dead. I have reset the engine. I have also run them as non-MU same results. What am I doing wrong??

Are you sure they're bi-color lights?

An item # would be helpful.

To add to what John said i believe Lionel dropped the use of bi'colored leds for marker lights an number of years ago.

I think off going forward and red when in reverse may be the way they operate.

Interesting that they would only operate in reverse and turn off when running forward. I don't think I have seen that before on any of their engines, especially on the Legacy line.

"Problem" is solved if that's the case. Thank you.

There is no problem. Interestingly enough on Ericstrains YouTube channel, he was showing his Lionel F7 custom run Central of Georgia, and that the the way they are. Off going forward and red in reverse.
