Both are for sale and are in like new condition. The Lionel Irvington Factory is $300 and the Lionel Aluminum Rico Station is $275. Cash ONLY. Like new does NOT mean perfect. Both come with the regular outer carton and shipping carton. I would prefer not to ship these. I can deliver to Allentown on Saturday or you can arrange for pickup at the NJ HiRailers club.

They are also available for York delivery or they can be shipped if they do not sell at Allentown. Shipping is likely to be expensive.
