As usual Eric did a fine review. I always find it informative even if I can't afford the set or engine/cars.

Really enjoyed this review as I am a big Pennsy fan. I have the original TMCC M1a which has been upgraded to 4 chuffs and a GRJ super smoke board. In my opinion the sound board was one of the best Lionel ever put in a stream engine. Glad to see the new Legacy engine sounds as good or even better. On top of that a smoking whistle, maybe I will have to hunt one of these down.
