Have to commend Lionel's Customer Service again. Contacted them on June 11 regarding a recent purchase FEC SD70M (2033201) . Upon opening box and unwrapping engine, found four pilot steps and one mu hose broken off. None of the mounting pins were left. Sent pictures of broken parts. Today received two new pilots (both front and rear) with all parts firmly attached including front plow.
