Just wanted to give a shout out to Kristen & the service department at Lionel. My Cab 2 numerical pad would not respond when buttons were pushed. Got through to Kristen at Lionel and she promptly email a return label. Received an email when Lionel got it. 7 days later it was all fixed and sent back. Total of 19 days back and forth.

Great job Lionel & many thanks to Kristen. ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€
