Can someone help me with the 6-19868 Shark Aquarium Car? I purchased one lightly used on eBay and according to the instructions, when you first give it some voltage it's supposed to hesitate for a few seconds while it reads if it's in command mode or not. Then there are some steps to adjust the speed and other settings which are different for both modes. I'm running in conventional and the problem is when I give it power, it lights up right away and the sharks only swim by at lightning-fast speed! Reducing the voltage doesn't slow them down very much. I've repeatedly tried all the steps in the manual, I get the music and other sounds but it's not functioning properly, and I've found no way to reset it or anything to solve this online. I wrote to my local hobby shop, they suggested sending it to Lionel but I'm not hopeful.
