Lionel smoke fluid discolored - okay to use? | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

Hi All,

I ordered 4 bottles of Lionel Premium Pine Smoke fluid. 2 bottles are crystal clear inside. The other 2 had patches of brown settlement in the bottom. I shook them up and now all the liquid is brown.

Are those 2 okay to use? Are they okay to use in a modern engine that goes through a lot of smoke fluid?

I don't know for sure but I wouldn't use the discolored fluid. I would recommend sending the discolored ones back.
