Anyone I any ideas? I know the PN for the truck is 6108952010 but is listed out of stock
I’m not sure what era you have there, but you might try John @ N.Lima Trainworks ….not picking on your club, but unless you’ve already cleaned it out, y’all might wanna invest in some grease…..😳….she looks mighty dry in there…..

Thanks I'll give that a try.
As for the club I can only do so much, lack of maintenance and running until it's dead is a little more common than I would like
Sounds like a good topic/seminar for an upcoming meeting:
“ Preventive Maintenance; when good trains go bad”

How many teeth?
If he can count how may teeth that there is supposed to be maybe there is a possibility.

Good idea, although it may have to begin with if it sounds/looks wrong something probably is and stop running it😉
OK, North West Short Line has a drive gear available, looks the same size, but it is 13 tooth. They do cut custom gears. Might check out their website, they do offer almost 30 18 tooth gears and some look possible.
610-6001-060 should be the gear. Shows available on Lionel. The swedged axle is not available.some of the wheels and other parts seem to be available on Lima. Download sup 40 from Lionel.
