Not quite finished with this desk top mini diorama of Hy-Cube with auto frames being unloaded . Waiting on the fork lift to come in .
It has lights in the building , and on the dock which is close clearance . Still need to weather the building and take pictures in natural light this week end. This is the hardest scheme to do , but is my favorite.
In production now , Rock Island 4 and 8 door in bankrupt blue , NYC in 8 door , 2 Wabash 4 doors and GTW blue 8 door.Pictures to follow.
This is the first car I have built with open doors and interior , the photo's show both sides of car , lighting is bad for pictures, all resin cast , brass detail parts , all hand made except the trucks and brake wheel , couplers , and the chain for the tiedowns and the auto frames. This is the "Hy-Cube Hydra Cushion scheme for Cotton Belt, SP also had "Hy-Cube Cushion Car", as seen in the photo of a PACCAR with ladders and running boards circa 1964 as per SP website photos.
