Hello Train Friends.
I recently acquired a fairly rare dump car, the Lionel 3459 Aluminum Dump Car. Some research has led me to believe these cards were only made in 1946, so I am seeking a 3459 box from approximately that age so that my new treasure will be protected appropriately, Any suggestions (other then Ebay) or places to look would be greatly appreciated. This is my first "rare" car and I'm rather excited to get it all as authentic as possible. If anyone on here has one they would be willing to sell - my wallet is burning a hole in the seat of my trousers = I'm a motivated buyer!
