I have an American Flyer wide gauge motor that I'm working on.  I don't know the number (no marks on it), but it's the motor shown in this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?...3jHrMJmt8&t=519s

I'm looking for the following:

1) Repair instructions and parts diagrams (preferably with part numbers)

2) Source for brushes and springs

3) Source for center rail pickup assembly - not sure if this is the right terminology (shown at 8:42 in the video, called a "roller plate").  This will be a runner, so it doesn't need to have an original appearance - just functional.

Regarding the parts, Hennings shows the brushes/springs but is out of stock (will something else fit?).  Have searched Trainz, S&W, Train Tender, and some others without success.

Any help with the above will be appreciated.  Thanks.

To follow up...

I got the parts I needed, and the prices and shipping were reasonable.

A few "heads up" thoughts...  Some of the items on the website have incomplete descriptions, old prices, and/or lack pictures, so it's probably best to call if you have any doubts about what you need.  His phone hours are limited, the payment system is a bit unusual, and it may take a couple of weeks for your order to get filled.

These quirks are disclosed on the website, and we need to remember that this is a part-time business supplying obscure parts for a hobby.  Overall, it was a good experience and I recommend it as a source for Flyer parts.
