Looking for info on MTH HO catalogs

I'm trying to organize my MTH paper and promotional materials, and am hoping you can help with a few questions.
 
The following HO marketing materials are currently shown on the MTH website, but it is unclear if they are digital only. Do printed copies of the following items exist?
2015 Full Line HO catalog

2015 Union Pacific HO Big Boy brochure
2016 R-17 HO Subway Sets brochure

Also according to your website, the following HO paper items are listed but no electronic copies are available as the folders are empty. Do the following items exist in any form?

2012 Full Line HO catalog
2013 Volume 2 catalog
2013 Ready-to-Run mini-catalog

2015 Full Line HO Catalog, information only online- Post Cards and Brochure announcements printed and mailed only as product becomes available.

2015 Union Pacific HO Big Boy Brochure- Has not been released yet, Will be released within the next few months.  It may be viewed at: mthtrains.com/news/559

2016 R-17 HO Subway Sets Brochure- Has been printed and released. 

2012 Full Line HO Catalog- was not printed

2013 Vol 2 (HO) Catalog- We did not print a Vol 2 only 2013 only on line version was made.  The 2013 Vol 2 were rolled into the 2014. 

2013 Ready-to-Run Mini catalog- was not printed.
