Looking for NYC subway cars with Bluetooth/Protosounds 2 or 3 on a budget!

Hi - I am a college student looking for a couple subway cars for my layout, but I want to run them with my budget command control system. I haven't been able to find any cheap sets, so please let me know if you see any!!!
