Looking to buy an 18 inch observation car

Looking to buy an 18 inch observation car. Would need smooth side, road name is not important as it will be repainted. ABS shell, non aluminum. I just purchased the premier MTH UP/C&NW heritage set and from what I can tell MTH never made an observation car for the end.
