I finally managed to get the K-Line Looney Tunes Holiday Operating Flat Car at Christmas. Let me know how you go with the 3 K-Line Merry Melodies wood-sided reefers. I'm looking for them as well.

Keep checking on Ebay or at train shows. Buy Classic Toy Trains & O Gauge Railroading magazines. They have dealer selling pages. I'm always looking myself. Lionel won't tell me if they're going make the LT's cars from K-line. Guy was very rude. He said, we don't discuss our marketing projects. Hope this helps. Dan
Wow. BERL, I'd forgotten this thread from February last year. Two of the K-Line Looney Tunes cars - Porky Pig and Elmer Fudd wood-sided reefers - were advertised for sale 'on the Bay' back in June this year. They were for auction and the seller had an opening bid of $99.95 for each but didn't get a bid. I couldn't justify that sort of money at the time and didn't bid.
The three new Lionel Looney Tunes cars from this year's catalogue are nice.
