well over a year ago my M TH Challenger's front motors gear was badly damaged

I did ask  M T H's rep here in England and the main M T H over the big pond but No out of date not made etc etc  was the reply

2 friends Mark Harley and John Mallard both offered to see if they could lend a hand in repairing the Challenger and between them they have helped me repair the Challenger

John had a word with a young man at Sommerfelds Trains & Hobbies who did find me the right motor with the gear included for the front wheel unit or what ever you might call it and Mark sent me a front wheel set  I hope you can see her running in our front room not long after the rebuild

I was not trying to be nasty ref M T H  and the motor  but that is what I was told on there Facebook site

The UK Rep shop in Hailsowen repair man relay did try for me 10  out of 10 to him,

some one on here even said that my Challenger was a heap of rubbish,

after I sent them photos of it in bits no names but He knows who He is and He also is a Repair person

it may well have looked that way to him

I am HAPPY to say that it's not and we have a video to prove it

John I did think it was going to be nearly a No go my self once M T H said that there were none around and it could be a two year wait from China for the motor I must say it did still run OK with the rear motor pushing it along in the front room So all was not lost but it's great to have it running on both motors
