Maximum volume problem

Hello, i think I have a little sound problem with my lionel 2032200 Locomotive LionChief 0-8-0. The max volume is not very high, I have tried to adjust with the remote, impossible to increase the volume. (but it's possible to decrease)

I have also the set LionChief "Keystone Special", and the max volume is higher.

To find the problem, I have tried to invert the tender of each locomotive, to know if the problem comes from the tender or locomotive.

And I have noticed that it comes from the locomotive 2032200.

How can I increase the volume?
