Guys, it was on my to do list to stop and say hello at York, but when I passed by i didn't see any recognizable faces, and never got another chance to get over. I spent my summers on Long Island as a kid, and worked on the island as well, so I'm all about Nassau. Hopefully next trip.

Bingo,

We try to run sales whenever we can, both in store and on our website. Sometimes they are the same time annually, sometimes we do them sporadically. We always announce them here on OGR as soon as they go live.

Enjoy!

Glad we could help Illinoiscentral...

PLEASE make sure your total reflects any coupon codes or discounts BEFORE you click "SUBMIT ORDER". If a discount or coupon code is not reflected correctly before you click SUBMIT it will NOT reflect it AFTER you click SUBMIT.

Thanks!

The problem with your website is that it takes too long to discover whats available or I am doing this wrong.

For example if you have no ES44acs then the engine image of the ES44ac should be grayed-out. Otherwise I spend too much time click at each image to find that nothing is available.

Just a suggestion

Thanks for the suggestion AlanRail.

We have wanted the ability to "Hide" categories with 0 quantity for quite a while. Trust me if, we could get this to work we would. Unfortunately this is not an option currently with our E-Commerce software. We have put this request into the E-Commerce Software company multiple times, but it has not been added as of yet.

WOO HOO!

Nassau Hobby Center Is DA BOMB!!!!!

I just ordered a 6-37147 CAB-1L/BASE-1L Command Set from Nassau Hobby Center.  The price was INCREDIBLE as a result of their MAY MAYHEM Sale and FREE Shipping Sealed The Deal!

By coincidence, my wife and I were just talking about a family fun gift for Father's Day ... from everyone. I told her I've been looking at one of the Traxxas R/C's

Maybe so. You guys make it easy.

I figured out a way "around" this - kinda:  I go to "Advanced Search" then choose the category in the drop down (e.g. Trains/O Gauge/Lionel/Locomotives/Diesel-Electric) and then just scroll through what they have.

Not ideal, but better than clicking on each individual icon and then going back when nothing shows up.

Hope this helps...

Thanks Charlie, I hope you don't think I was complaining, I'm actually convinced your website is either the best or at least one of the best.  I also like how the inventory counts are pretty much spot on for what you actually have ready to sell. It's really frustrating to virtually "find" something, add it to your "cart", even submit an order and then be told "sorry", which hasn't been the case for orders I've made through you all.

Best...Rich Murnane
