Menards 1st O Gauge Barn

1st run O gauge menards barn.

I would like to sell this local (Chicagoland area) and I will likely be at the train show in Wheaton tomorrow (the 11th).

This has been opened, but is otherwise in original condition. I do not have the Menards paper label that would have been on the plastic clamshell. I have never plugged it in, but have no reason to think it does not work.
