The Menards building was only taken out of the box, never used. Was $50.00 Now $40.00

The Sunoco Oil Tank is new in the box. Was $65.00 Now $55.00

I simply have room out of room on the layout for these 2 pieces.

I can only accept personal checks or money orders, no PayPal.

We can determine shipping once I know where these are heading, I am not looking to make money on shipping, just cover the cost.
