Menards dog food factory if you bought it

Picked mine up today. Pretty nice building until I pluged it in. The lights flicker. Temporarily it's plugged in to a Menards wall wart that seems to be pretty hot. Next week I'll get it hardwired in to 4.5 line under the layout and see if the flickering stops. Anyone else have the flickering problem?
