Question: Does this accessory require a Menard's power supply? Or does it have those standard design clips like many other accessories so you can just tap into accessory power on the layout?

I know this is brand new but wondering if anyone knows the answer.

 

 

It needs the Menards power supply it plugs into the building.

After looking at bobs saucer I don't see the film edge of the lettering to make me believe it is a decal. 

Guess I will wait for mine to arrive to make sure. The lettering may be harder to remove then I thought.

Bob already said it isn’t a decal. It’s pad printed. The process of removing the lettering will be no different than the options listed in numerous threads on this forum for removing letters and numbers from various types of locomotives and rolling stock.
