Hi David,
The cars are available NOW. We've had these at the METCA booth in promotion of the 2015 TCA National Convention for "in person" sales only. Now that the convention is over, we're giving everyone a shot that couldn't make it in person.
The TOFC is the hardest car to get and we have very few of them. That's why it's only available in conjunction with the for car set of box cars. We just don't have enough TOFC's to go around.
