Late this morning I tried to contact Mth's Parts Department and I left my contact information. Within 15 minutes Midge called me, I have never spoken to her before and I want to complement her on this Forum for her professional and friendly customer service. I needed replacement parts for an MTH smoke unit and an assortment of traction tires and with her assistance these items are on order.

Midge is excellent, efficient, friendly and extremely helpful.
I have known Midge for many years, almost as long as I've had MTH. When I'd go to York, would always make it a point to stop by and say hello. An outstanding employee!!! Dedicated to serving customers, and one of Mike Wolf's most valuable employees
I said it before, it's too bad any company needs to have a Midge. Service should be handle all the same across the board. Vendors really need to focus on that aspect of the business.
If it weren’t for Midge that place would fold. Excellent person as she is a worker.
What happens if she retires?
I have always had great service from Midge.
I was wondering the same thing, Feet! I hope they have someone in the wings to give the same knowledgeable, rapid service!
Midge is great, I hope she gets a big Christmas bonus.
Let’s not forget Regina. She has been a trooper also. Spoke on the phone, and she like Midge are like the “Maytag repairman”. Should have said repair person. Kudos to both.
I hope Mike Wolf realizes what a valuable and first rate employee Midge is. She needs to be treated and receive pay and benefits commensurate with her huge contribution to his business.

I make it a point to stop by the MTH booth at York and tell them we appreciate their efforts.
Finding great employees/assistants is really difficult.
Then it becomes a two edged sword... the really superlative "keepers" often move on.
Even when you can often match the a pay offer, benefits and future advancement potentials are much more difficult.
Mike has a gem... hopefully he continues to recognize Midge's on-going excellence and contributions.
I'll just echo what everyone here has said...Midge is a superstar for MTH!!
Midge has (and does:-) one tough job!
Had my first dealing with Midge yesterday. What a pleasant and patient person to work with...and efficient too! I told her about all the glowing comments posted about her on the OGR forum and she was flattered. Midge did tell me that she plans to retire next April after 19 years at MTH.
I totally agree Midge is the best most efficient lady in the world, and i have always thanked her for her expert service at MTH in YORK or when I went to tech school she knows her Job and will miss her when she retires but everybody needs to retire sometime and enjoy there retirement!
Especially Midge ! sincerely thank you Midge for your kindness and polite always!

Well, it's kind of a forced retirement, MTH is closing!
Midge is the greatest! What makes it more fun when I talk to her regarding orders is the fact that my lovely wife's nickname is also Midge.
I have always had the greatest respect for Midge. Have known her for many years. Midge fulfilled retail orders until recently when she also was given the duties of filling orders for MTH Techs. Service because of her is fantastic. Always say hello and chat when I go to York. Midge is a valued asset to MTH.
