I noticed on a unit I have been working on that it’s got a gear noise in the front 6 wheeled truck. After disassembly and motor removed, the truck is nice and smooth. I did notice when the motor is turn by hand, it has what I describe as a clunk as it rotates no noise, just a feel. Like feeling it clunking through the magnets ( if there is such a thing in these motors, I am assuming there is) the other motor is nice and smooth. This gear noise is way worst in one direction. I should say that it never did this before until I had to remove the motor from the truck for some wire repair. After reassembly it started doing this. Kinda at a loss as where the gear noise is coming from, unless it’s something to do with the motor. Unit has about 30 miles on it.
