The pain and swelling afterwards can be worse than the procedure itself. Talk to the oral surgeon prior and see if you can take some NSAID (anti-inflammatory) meds like ibuprofen before you get to his office.

This is the current situation. I'm on some pain meds but it's just tough to have my head down for any amount of time. I've been sitting on the floor watching movies so my head looks up. Hopefully tomorrow I can look down longer and get some work done on this.

Bill, now you need to find some small iridescent organ crystals to simulate a slag load that can be dumped.

Hi Bill, no that is not what Lionel did.  Years ago MTH came out with a set of three slag pots.  They are empty so I thought of doing this to them.  Then though better of it  and later picked up the Lionel set of YS&T "lighted" pots.

This is an image of the Lionel Slag Car.  As you can see there is a plastic molded insert that appears to be of orange color but much of the surrounding area painted blackish.

Here running the set with the Alco S2 YS&T swisher.

Probably find something in an Art and Craft store such as Michaels and/or Hobby Lobby.  Stuff that might be glued on to drawings kids might do or better yet where stuff foe jewelry makeing.

I have some of those Lionel slag cars @PRRronbh they're absolutely gorgeous models so I won't be modifying those. But I would love to copy the glow they have. It's very realistic in my opinion! Same with Lionel's hot metal cars.

I'm still all swollen from the tooth removal. They must have been in there pretty good. I think I'm going to go with the contacts through the bottom of the car. There just isn't much open real estate under there but we'll see. I'm still going to draw up a prototype.
