No photo possible at the moment but I thought I would pass along I had a box waiting for me when I got home.  Nice 60ft scale flat car with 4 of the 10 inch scale trax straight sections as the load.   Nice car,  my first of the long flat cars.  Norfolk Southern paint!

Hopefully get some photos up this weekend............   but they are on the way if you selected the Premier as your club car option.

The track load isn't really my cup of tea, which is why I didn't get it.
As for the car itself, it looks really great and would look great with a load of maybe NS trucks or even one of the Lionel TMCC NS Speeders riding on it, or even any other MOW machines on it.
The track roads really look good only when you have it mated with the set they are also with an NS GP38-2 with some switch panel cars.

But that's just my personal thought.

Peter,

Unfortunately the cost of putting a military load on the 60ft flat car would not permit MTH to offer it as a club car. I don't think 2 M1 Abrams tanks would fit on a 60ft flatcar so say the put 2 Patton Tanks, estimate their cost for MTH is $25/each or $50 per car. Plus the cost of the flatcar. It is a lot more economical for MTH to put 4 pieces of their scale trax which are probably collecting dust in their warehouse.

It is nice to hope for more military loads to come from MTH. I model a WWII military train would like to see half tracks, 2 1/2 trucks, tank destroyers etc. Don't mind paying $80-$100 per car but I can not see MTH or any other company offering them as collector club cars due to the high price of die cast armor.

Yep, nice club car. I have it running with the Weirton Steel set.

Randy............  no way,  another Army car for you!   Cool!  I may go with a fire engine when I find one that fits scale wise.  Still like it empty and future weathering..........

You can fit 2 scale Humvees on it ( Tamiya 1/48 scale kits ) or a M2/3 Bradley if you can find the kit.
