Hi all. I have the DCS system hooked up to my layout and it works incredible. I paid the 25 bucks for the premium service. I use my IPAD. Sometimes, there are quirks and stuff, but that is not my issue. I have learned to work around the engines starting by mistake and lash-ups not always cooperating. Here is my question/dilemma.

I have 2 Iphones. one is a IPhone 12 and one a 7.

Let's look at one at a time.

The DCS app on the Iphone 12 told me that I had to pay for premium. So, I clicked the link on the app and it took me to the MTH website to pay. I felt that, since I already pay, I should not have to pay again. So, I back out of the website and went back to the app on my phone. It now shows me as having the premium. It reads my TIU. BUT.......It does NOT read any of my trains. Any Ideas?

The DCS app on my Iphone 7 also told me I had to pay for premium. So, I clicked the link in the app and it took me to the MTH website to pay. Again, I backed out of the website and back the app. While it is reading my TIU, it is still telling me I have to pay for premium.  Any Ideas?

I had trouble with the app on my 12 when I put the trains under the Christmas tree and used the Explorer. The 12 was relatively new to the market. I assumed there was an issue with the app. Because my wife's Android had no issues. I did NOT, however, try to use my wife's Android with my full set up. I am doing a lot of ASSUMING here. LOL. But I am thinking there is an issue somewhere with the App in the iphones. Any one else have problems? Is it possible that i do have to pay again for premium? Can you use the same premium on multiple devices? Yes, I am signed up with MTH. I have a user name and password for MTH.

You can also export the app settings from the iPad and then import into another device.  That should carry along all of your engines and lash-ups.

Edit:  I just tried this to see if it would work and I successfully exported all my engines from the iPad app and then imported them on an Android phone.  After I exported it I shared to email, emailed it to myself, then clicked on it on my other device in its email app.  Easy, peasy, george and weezy.

I tried to do it to my other iPhone, it didn’t work. Maybe because that phone is linked to a different email. It is asking me to upgrade to premium.
