Was able to add engines when for first time.  But when I turn the system off and power up again all the engines went to in-active.  Cannot get them active even after refreshing or turning everything off and restarting.   This is very frustrating and beginning to think that MTH was not ready to release their wi-fi module.  When I refresh the app  and it is looking for engines it times out.

Got it working now by turning power to one channel at a time and reading the engines (usually 2 or 3 engines).  Then add the next channel and so forth.  Appartently the wi-fi refreshing of engines if there are too many at one time it times out and get none.  But if you do a few at time it will find them.

When I turn my wi-fi power off my tablet goes back to my home wi-fi.   MY TIU aux power, track power and my Wi-Fi are all on the same power strip.  So I power up the system and then switch Wi-Fi signals from home to DCS on my tablet.  My engines show up in the inactive list.  I go to new and back and the engines that are on powered tracks show up as active.

I do not understand your last sentence either. But I typically have to do 1 of 2 things (and sometimes both).  Sometimes a Read brings the engines back to active but sometimes I have to completely shutdown the app and then relaunch.  I also find by waiting a few minutes (more than 1 but less than 5) before trying the read or relaunch increases my chances of picking up the active engines.

Hope that helps

Tony
