Wait until you see the custom run NYC cabooses from @JR Junction Train & Hobby, including the restored road number from the NYS Fair Grounds. #19144 is an Oswego, NY NYC in-house built caboose, and is the oldest NYC wood caboose to be publicly exhibited!

You mean like this one? I have one in my consignment area….(broke out from an old Railking freight car set)
I am still searching for a good caboose model candidate for the O&W. Unfortunately there just isn’t anything but only one and Lionel sadly acquired the tooling for it. Hopefully someday we will offer a *believable* caboose model in O gauge.

Didn't these cabeese used to be railking? Feature list state near scale proportions. Premier is normally scale proportions. I am guessing there are no changes to the mold or any additional add on detail from when these were railking. So is there a price increase due to the caboose now being premier? I have a few of these from years ago. I will have to go digging under the layout to see what I paid for them.

There is a lot of CV chatter on the forum lately with the RS-11 color discussion and Beth's RS-11 offering. Now the possibility of a CV caboose. I'm looking forward to the CV caboose.
My wife's family had a cottage on a lake near Storrs, CT. My wife would enjoy watching/counting the CV freight running along the lake shore. Since my layout is mostly about memories of days gone bye, I have a few CV freight car along with a RS-11. The RS-11 is a sad tale. I had it on order from Weaver when they went out of business and the engine was never produced. I purchased the Lionel RS-11 but it's still in box. Actually, it's still in its Xmas wrapping. It's been under the tree for several Xmas's, never unwrapped or opened I've never seen it. The color thread is making me want to take a peak. But, I'm looking forward to uniting my RS-11 with the freight cars and a caboose.
CV 4014 looks nice in the image above.
I would buy a CV caboose!!!

The Boston & Albany's are going quick....much faster than I had anticipated, although we have a few more weeks to increase our overall production numbers if needed. After that, I will continue to take pre-orders until they are all reserved. The New York Central "Syracuse" and "Rochester" custom-runs are also doing well. Those I will probably increase the production quantity. Take my advice and don't procrastinate. Remember, NO deposits required for pre-orders!

The total number of interested buyers for the Rutland still looks pretty low. I really would love to see these get made.

You should put a post on your RS-11 thread. There were a number of folks on that thread that were looking for a CV caboose.
