Unfortunately, MTH hasn’t modeled many box cars with the correct doors. They need to stop using those ugly Superior doors on everything as well. Lionel seems to always get it right as seen in both photos. MTH don’t have those doors, so it won’t represent the plan shown above unless the make a new door. Hope the get the trucks right, LOL!
