MTH - Midge - Great job helping someone who didn't know what he wanted

Read it again Joe.  Have "never not found".  Bad grammer, but the double negative actually conveys the correct meaning.

Midge is a very customer-oriented person.  She is very pleasant to deal with, knows the parts, and gets them in the mail promptly.  Can't say enough good things about her.  

That is the kind of service that builds customer loyalty.

I've stopped by the booth at York a few times just to say thanks to Midge for all her hard work. 

She's the most overworked employee at MTH.  From what I've read on the forum she's a one woman show in that parts dept.  she should have help.   

There was 1 day she was real busy, I left a message, she called, 8:30 PM LOL! I ask her don't you ever go home? She laughed & said your the last 1 today. Yes OUTSTANDING!

I read that post twice last night and still didn't get it John. Sometimes the next morning, I wonder what I did! 

I've never not found excellent O gauge help on this forum. However, I believe I'll reserve the judgement on style and usage to another forum visited by grammarians. Keep up the great work Midge.

Having communicated with Midge for many years, I must add to her kudos.  She too has helped me find parts whose number or even name I did not know.  An outstanding employee.

Midge and her husband Tom have been friends of mine for many years.  She is a great friend and a valuable asset to MTH.  Midge always goes the extra mile to help people.   She is a very hard working person.
