It's a long shot but does anyone have an MTH motor mount BI-0000053 or BI-0000009? I need one for a project I'm currently working on. I'm not sure if I can get one through MTH. It appears to be interchangeable with BI-0000009. Thanks!

I thought I had one but use dit long ago to power a dummy Atlas GP9.
I wonder if the ones from a dummy Williams E7 would work? I have 2 trucks plus the mounts from powering that too.
What’s it going in?..I might have some....

Bob, I don’t know if the Williams mounts will work. They’re all pretty similar but I’m finding the depth to be slightly off. Well, on a few Lionel’s that is. Can you provide a few pics of the trucks please?
Pat, I’m putting it in an MTH centipede. One was substituted with an unknown manufacturer mount when I bought this project. They’re clearly different heights. I have another centipede that I compared the 2 mounts to. One is identical, one is not. From what I see on MTH’s website, they’re used in 2 & 3 axle diesel trucks.
If you can get me some measurements and we can converse on measured values, I might have one....you can message me off-line, or post it up here, and others might can help the two of us sort it out...up to you..

Pat, sorry for the delay. I got 8 stitches in my right pointer finger so I wasn’t doing any train work for the last week. But I was able to measure the motor mount.
•large dia. flange (motor face side): 1.255” dia X .138” high
•next step: .825” dia X .257” high
•last step (inserted furthest into truck): .610” dia X .277” high
•square boss protruding from the side: .200” wide X .257” high. Protrudes .076” past the large dia flange.
Take a look and let me know what you find. I appreciate the help!
Ok, lemme check and see,....you need this to fit in a centipede, correct?

Pat,
Yes. MTH uses the same motor mount in all of the 3 axle power trucks.
Pat,
Looks like I was able to locate one on eBay. Thanks for helping tho!
