MTH N&W Northern Imperial J Firebox feature stop after 5 minutes

Brand new out of the box and the firebox feature quit working. I don't want to go through the hassle of sending it back. Any help appreciated.

If you're using DCS, try a Feature Reset: Menu/Advanced/Reset Engine/Feature Reset, select the engine and press the thumbwheel twice.
