Upon further examination, the slope panel on the inside pops out and there is access to the truck screw.
Have a broken truck on MTH Premier Coal Porter. Removed the 4 screws holding the frame on, but the frame will not budge. Pulling on the broken truck for leverage, but no luck. Would heat help to loosen the frame from the body? Don't want to break the body, it is in excellent shape. Thanks

pop out the square piece or rectangular that sets inside the coal porter and the truck screws are under them.they should just pop out mine did when I changed them out to end of train device.
The two end tapered sections each have 2 screws(near each truck) that have to come out first....sometimes they need help coming out with a screwdriver
