I came across this 30-2512-0 MTH Rail King PCC Semi-Convertible Trolley in Green, but can't seem to find any information about it online or in catalogs.  The box may not match the piece.  It is unrun and in mint condition.  Does anyone have a clue what I am missing here?  Many thank in advance for helping to solve the mystery.

Todd,

You'll find a great deal of information on the sounds that these trolleys play if you go to this link, but most of what's there applies to the versions fitted with ProtoSounds 1, which are those with Product Numbers ending in '-1' rather than '-0' like yours, which only has simple horn and bell sounds:

Aside from sounds, there also appears to be a running discussion in the background covering the varieties of versions/color combinations/road names that were produced.
