Hi i would use a volt ohm meter and check continuity from one roller to the other roller you should read 0.0 ohms or very close to that if not a wire from one roller to the other roller is broken or disconnected ! if this proves out you probably has came disconnected from the orange  or yellow wire nut. Take the top off the diesel and check probably an easy fix or the wire is broke off the roller assembly ! Alan
