Mth Ready to Run set ...Damaged

what I have is a ready to run Norfolk and Western J with passenger cars track transformer and wireless remote ... customer brought this in for repairs and decided not to fix it ... needs board ... 5 volt board lasted ten feet then died ... cars never hit the rails ... asking 125$ plus shipping or you can pick it up at trainstock...
