MTH replacement truck mounting screw

I have a number of MTH trucks that I use to replace older & damaged trucks on my rail cars. I do not have any of the mounting screws for these trucks.

does anyone know how to get the mounting screws, or what size screws (& length) are required. I have checked the MTH website and can find the trucks, but not the mounting screws.

30-89002 or 20-89003 MTH trucks require a mounting screw.

thanks for any input or ideas on how to find a source of mounting screws.

Hi JOE,

I buy Metric M3 types for replacement for the rolling stock. I got them from the local hardware store. Hope this helps.

When you find the size you need, by one or two from the hardware store, and then order a box of them from Amazon or other online auction site. It'll be much cheaper than paying $.50 to a buck apiece retail.
