Excited to finally have this set coming my way. It’s the new P3 train with no decals, so I’ve ordered them( should be fun!)

Awesome! Thank you! Can you tell me about the LIRR consist you have? Looks like an R3? Is that the Lionel Engine? And the cars look like MTH Streamlined cars?

It's a alco c420 made by Lionel. and the cars are uncataloged weaver Pullman bradleys. The baggage is also weaver. Check my u tube channel out. There's at least 1 video of it running.

Are you happy with the way the decal logos look?
I was thinking of buying a PS 2 version since it had the logos affixed...and... do you think the sounds are better in the PS3 version?

Yes the logos look good. I have to post a picture of the 1st release and then the 2012 release. The Island model works logos look great

Hey that is good to know ! I will go for the PS3 version then ...this is a picture of a non powered LOV subway car from the recent PS3 release ... it is the rear of the train ... are the little white lights supposed to be illuminated? Do you know off hand ?

What route is the lo-v set signed up as? Im not sure about the lights; I don't have any lo-v's
