My MTH PS3 trolley stops every time at the same piece of track on an isolated loop.  I cleaned the track.  Tightened the track.  Soldered the adjacent pieces together.  It still stops and I have to give it a slight push to the next track segment to make it go again.  This only happens at lower speeds - 25 mph and below.  I guess higher speeds just power it through the issue.  I am going to replace several of the track sections in that area, but I just ordered the track and it will not arrive for several days or more.  Here is, to me as a novice, the strange part:  it only does this in one direction.  Please help me solve this annoying puzzle.  As always, this is a great forum and I sincerely thank each of you who have helped me in my retirement and train folly in the past.

Thanks for that thought.  No matter where I move the trolley to start its progress it stops at the same spot. It only stops at slower speeds (below 25 mph).  At high temp speeds it slows down but powers through that same spot.  If I turn the trolley around in the other direction it runs just fine through the problem spot.  I can’t see any bad electrical connection, but there must be one.  I also cleaned the track.  I ordered a few pieces of new track and I will replace a few sections and see what happens.
