I just purchased some new MTH items and it seems they no longer use the mail-in warranty cards. There is just a card saying to register on the MTH site. On the site,after I fill in my personal info and the store info,when I click the "Go to item registration" button I get a "cannot display page" message. I have tried several times over the last couple days with the same results. Has anyone else had this problem? Should I wait a couple days and try again or just call them? Do they do registration over the phone?

If you check the MTH Facebook page, you will notice that they are aware of the problem, due to upgrading/ redesigning their website...in a few week then should be OK

 

MTH Electric Trains.... the entire MTH web page is getting updated. The new version is not up yet, but I have been told and I am hoping it is correct that the page will be at 100% in a few weeks. First part of March. We shall see. I am looking forward to seeing it myself. Thank you for the question.
