Yes, all the time. It's easy - just do it.

 

The only thing to do first is to give each remote a unique DCS ID#:

Menu/System/Remote Setup/Edit Remote Addr

Very easy to do.  I have 9 DCS remotes because I have like to dedicate a handheld to each loop and I have just the engines on that loop with its handheld.  Running in normal mode with 3 TIUs helps keep vistors using their handheld moving trains on their loop and not effecting the trains on the other loops (exception with the "ALL" command.)
