Todays e-mail from Fairfield has this interesting trolley car. It might be fun to motorize it for standard gauge. It is about 10" long, 7" high and 4" wide. I found the dimensions on another page from a different dealer.
Interesting. I'm trying to figure out what scale it might be. It seems too big for O gauge. The width seems to be appropriate for standard gauge, but the dimensions might be closer to G/1 gauge. It looks like it would be difficult to add an open frame motor and there isn't much room under the chassis for wheels.
That "ROCKET" model looks nice, and at 18 inches, is impressive! Not a bad price for diecast!
Wonder how wide these are - if about 4" that works nicely for Standard gauge.
Here are some links that give dimensions.
