Now that the layout is sort of finished, I am in the “add new stuff and remove old stuff, upgrade whatever and running trains” mode.
In other words, I think a layout is never really finished but enters a new chapter with buying new trains and selling “old” to make room for new, etc. etc.
I still have openings in my Miller terminal blocks for even more LOL!

Wow stangtrain, 13 Miller signs is a lot of light animation. Nice going.
I have only 2, on my 88 sq. ft. layout. What I like about the Miller signs is that they seem to last and last.

One of the Miller signs that I would like to get (at some future time) is the Domino Sugar sign. I remember it from when I lived in Baltimore.
The other is the Go, Go, Go Gulf; there was one on a former Gulf station near where I lived. It is gone now but stayed up for many, many years after the station changed brands.
Growing up in Pittsburgh, there was the large 'animated' (for the time) ALCOA sign on Mt. Washington, which was plainly visible from downtown. Is that one of their signs? If so, I'd buy it in a flash.
Has anyone installed a custom sign that they offer where they give you the lettering to apply?

I recall now that I did that at one point. They have the iconic 'Clark' bar sign, but no other Pittsburgh-centric signs.
So, since 13 Miller signs did not seem like enough, I couldn’t resist another! This one is the smaller version of the Good Humor sign that fits right into my scene that includes a Good Humor ice cream truck with driver and an Ice Cream store:
The little pumpkin patch is there in honor of my daughter who was surprised by my now son-in-law with an engagement ring that he hid in a hollowed out compartment of a pumpkin that they planned to carve together one Halloween about 16 years ago! I like to include little family items like this in the layout. Maybe the ice cream store will make pumpkin flavored ice cream someday.
