Re: My Coupler Buttons Are Reversed

The coupler buttons on the remote for my LC+ GP20 are reversed, meaning a double tap on the "forward" side of the remote uncouples the rear coupler and conversely a double tap on the "reverse" side of the remote uncouples the one on the front. Is this a remote problem or a train problem and is it easily fixable?

It's still under warranty but I would hate to have to bring or send it to Brooklyn (Trainworld) since it's not a huge problem, but still....

Your main board should have two connectors for the couplers. If you remove the shell and follow the wires from the couplers to the board it should just be a matter of reversing the two connectors.
