Hello all,
Approximately a month ago I had an issue with a couple of DZ 1000 controllers and complained on this forum. I had several responses more or less advising to slow down a little and contact Dave at Z products. He was more than helpful and actually sent me a couple units even before I sent them back to him cuz I advised I needed them right away on my layout and you know how that goes. I can tell you how stupid I felt after writing that message on the Forum. This guy is really fantastic to deal with and I want everybody that doesn't know to know it right now. He did not have to do what he did but he did. People like him definitely make the hobby more enjoyable.
I hope somehow this note can be passed on.
