I'm so sorry for your loss Alex.

I didn't know your father, but I know you... and that is all I need to know about the man.  I encourage you to take a long look in the mirror.  There lies your father's greatest achievement.    You will see him again my friend, but rest assured you will feel his presence as he continues to watch over you from above.  I will light a candle for him before Mass.

Hello Alex

So sorry to hear about your father's passing . There are not many things I can say to you at a time  like this other than I am truly sorry . Loosing a parent is obviously a very difficult thing to go through. Just want you to be aware  that  like all the rest of your buddies here at the forum and everywhere else I am sure you know we are all standing with you at this point  - sending you our deepest sympathy and a hope that the pain of your loss gets replaced by all the  great memories  of  your father and all the wonderful gifts he brought  to you. Once again my deepest and most sincere sympathy to you and your family

Alex, As I am sure you well know, you have been fortunate and blessed to have had the privilege and joy of your father's company well into your adult years. My father died when I was ten, so anybody who has had his father in his life longer than that has my admiration, as well as my sincerest sympathy for your loss of him, now. You had a long time to love him. That will never stop, I am sure.

Very sincerely,

FrankM
