My New Layout

here are some pics of my new layout. I am running on Fasttrack and Real track and also running DCS. Also i was wondering if i should paint the boards green first and then put down the grond covering or should i just put down ground covering?

Looking towards at future city/town with street running.

Looking at future Neighborhood and locomotive Facility and passenger depot.

N&W J 611 coming off the swing birdge.
